RATES

The fees listed above are for 50 minute sessions with a licensed, clinically trained relationship therapist. We do offer reduced fee opportunities to clients who are unable to afford the full fee based on income or other circumstances on a limited basis. Please note that the package deal is only being offered for individual sessions at this time.

Payment is collected at the time of service.

PAYMENT

Due to Covid-19, we are currently only accepting credit or debit cards. We accept all major credit cards. Most HSA cards also run with no issue, but please discuss this payment option with your therapist.

INSURANCE

If you are interested in using insurance to cover sessions, please note we do not accept insurance directly at In Between the Lines.

If you would like to receive reimbursement for your sessions through your insurance company, the first step to take is to call the number listed on the back of your insurance card for behavioral health.

IMPORTANT QUESTIONS TO ASK ARE:

Do I have a deductible and if so, how much is it?

If it is not covered by your insurance and you would not get reimbursed for it, we will come up with a different solution.

Do I have out-of-network coverage?

We will work together to review the specific details of your current insurance coverage, and find a solution that fits for your unique situation. If you have out-of-network coverage, we can provide you a receipt to submit to your insurer with all the information they would need.

What address should I send the receipts to?

It will be specific based on both your insurance provider and network coverage options. But we will figure this out with you. We can also provide you an invoice with a diagnosis to be submitted to insurance for reimbursement should you not have out-of-network coverage.

Do I have coverage for CPT code 90847?

The CPT code listed above is the code used for billing of couples or family therapy. Many plans do not cover that particular code, which is important for us to know before we start working together.

CANCELLATION POLICY  

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. The charge will be made with the credit card you have on file unless you specify otherwise.

We value your time and we ask that you do the same for us, however, we do understand things may come up at the last minute and we are willing to make exceptions if need be.
